The proudest moment in any business is when a customer comes back to reorder. Our new loyalty scheme rewards all customers, new and old, by allowing you to:
• Earn points on every purchase and special promotion
• Redeem points for instant discounts on any order
• Check your points balance online anytime
Our loyalty program is incredibly simple. You’ll earn 1 point for every pound you spend, so for example an £80 spend will earn you 80 points. You can redeem your points at a value of £0.01 per point, so a balance of 500 points will lead to an instant £5 off your order at the basket.
Once you reach a decent balance of points you can redeem you discounts sooner, we’re putting together some special promotions such as points giveaways, double or triple points on certain purchases and more.
Simply log-in and visit our loyalty program section. To help us tailor the loyalty program for you by giving us a little information about your packaging and we’ll promise to only give you the right offers and give you a 100 point start up bonus.
1. Points are awarded and managed by Rocaba Packaging Ltd t/a Packaging Heroes and have no cash value. 2. Points balances may be adjusted, frozen or disqualified by Rocaba Packaging Ltd t/a Packaging Heroes if tampering, fraud or rigging of the system is suspected. 3. Points redeemed against orders will be automatically deducted at time of purchase. 4. Points earned from customer generated content must be approved by our content editor. 5. Specific promotions or requests for information to further tailor your account may feature points as an incentive and may have a limited actionable time window. 6. Points automatically expire after 12 months from the last date of earning. This means every time you earn points the expiry date will automatically be extended for another 12 months points confirmation date. You will have 365 days to redeem your points balance from the last earned date. 7. Points cannot be transferred into cash, nor can they be transferred between accounts. 8. Points can only be used in conjunction with stock products from packagingheroes.com.
